The building will measure 9,525 square feet, which means its residential units should average 953 square feet apiece. Based on the size of the average unit, the apartments could be either rentals or condominiums. Yevgeniy Mekhtiyev’s Brooklyn-based IMC Architecture is the architect of record. The 4,019-square-foot property is vacant. The site is located a few minutes from the Church Avenue stops on the B and Q trains or the 2 and 5 trains.

Brooklyn-based Lev J Management has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 703 Lafayette Avenue, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant, located three blocks east of the Nostrand Avenue stop on the G train. The building will measure 5,957 square feet, which means units will average 745 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals. The project will include a fifth-floor penthouse, rooftop space, and mezzanine levels on the lower floors. IMC Architecture is the architect of record, and permits were filed in August to demolish the existing two-story townhouse.

Three Stories, Six Residential Units Coming To 1475 60th Street, Borough Park

Sam Weisner, operating as a Brooklyn-based LLC, has filed applications for two three-story, multi-family residential buildings at 1475 60th Street, in southern Borough Park, two blocks from the D train’s stop at 62nd Street. Each building will contain three units and the entire development will span 7,198 square feet; that translates into an average unit size of 1,200 square feet. Yevgeniy Mekhtiyev’s Brooklyn-based IMC Architecture is the applicant of record, and demolition permits were filed earlier this month to raze an existing three-story, three-family house.
