One will measure 3,887 square feet and the other will measure 5,662 square feet. Across both, the residential units should average 2,387 square feet apiece, indicative of large, family-sized configurations. The 110-foot-wide property is currently occupied by a two-story, single-family house. Demolition permits were filed in December. The site is located a block from the Tottenville station on the Staten Island Railway.
