  1. Or you can live like Warren Buffet who is worth $125 billion and is donating it to charity. He lived in a normal half million dollar house and changed the world for the better. 60 million over 30 years at a 9% return is a billion .

  2. Interesting that the (best) views into Manhattan are from the bathrooms, while the living room windows face Queens.

  3. Why no exterior image(s)?

  4. Dear prospective Penthouse 80 owner(s): $65M can do a lot of good for a lot of people in this world. Try it.

  5. 65 million for a billionaire is chump change 😀

  6. I wonder how heavy that marble bathroom sink is and how it is attached to that wall.

  7. I, too, am for Warren Buffet’s plans. Although, this will probably go to a foreigner buyer who might at least contribute some small amount to the City treasury.

I would think that all that sun pouring in the windows would fade fabrics, etc. I hope tenants are alerted on window cleaning day with those bathrooms.

  9. I think all these uber expensive, uber tall penthouses all look alike.

  10. Always amazed at all the uber luxury condos with floor to ceiling windows in bathrooms, where either the toilet, shower or bathtub is in full view to the city! Guess if you’re on the 80th floor, no need to worry about anybody watching you? 🙂

  11. It doesn’t say what subway station is nearby so the owner can get to work.

I arrived just in time for the vertical rise of the tower, and the person in charge of the interior decoration definitely doesn’t like dark toning: Thanks to Michael Young.

  13. Cute that they’re pretending this just came onto the market while they were no doing shopping it around for years without luck.
