At No. 22, a five-story, eight-unit residential building is planned, which works out to each unit averaging a spacious 1,160 square feet. At No. 24, a four-story, two-unit mixed-use building is in store, which will include a small 425 square-foot retail portion. That building will total 5,045 square feet.
