Designed by architect Diego Aguilera and developed by South Williamsburg-based Cheskie Weiss, the structure yields 16,350 square feet and 24 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are eight units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $68,572 to $192,400.
