The affordable housing lottery has launched for 37 Montrose Avenue, a five-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The 7,487-square-foot development has a total of ten residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $71,829 to $139,620.
Apartments have hardwood floors, name-brand kitchen appliances, designer countertops, and private patios or balconies. Residents will also have access to a shared laundry room and a rooftop terrace.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three one-bedrooms with a $2,095 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $71,829 to $139,620.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than July 9, 2021.
