This permit differs from a previous application filed in April 2016, proposing an office building designed by Charles Mallea’s M Architecture. The border with Bushwick is only two blocks away, and the site sits seven blocks away from the Morgan Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the L trains, and eight blocks away from the Flushing Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains.
