Here’s the view from atop the Avalon on 52nd Street and 10th Avenue. Compared to photos taken from the same perspective last month and in June, the progress on the skyline is obvious. Most apparent is the rise of 1715 Broadway, which has now clearly surpassed 250 West 55th.
