In yet more news from across the Hudson, Jersey City will be getting another dual-tower residential development. The towers, called Provost Square, will be 38 stories tall and contain 925 residential units. The architect is SLCE.

The buildings certainly don’t have a ‘wow’ factor, but they’re definitely not bad. They make nice filler, and the extra density is always a plus. Not every building has to be a stand out, although it would be nice if something of architectural significance was proposed in Downtown Jersey City, as the competition with nearby Journal Square heats up.
