411 West 35th StreetDevelopers have submitted permits to begin “structural [and] foundation work” at 411 West 35th Street, the site of a planned 12-story mixed-use building. Located between 9th and 10th Avenues, the site was previously a surface lot; Aufgang Architects is designing.

2046 2nd Avenue: East Harlem Tutorial Program has filed applications for a six-story community facility of 51,286 square feet, at 2046-2050 2nd Avenue in East Harlem; Perkins Eastman is designing. Demolition has been approved for an existing five-story low-rise, and filings have been submitted to begin excavation and structural work.

Brooklyn:

943 60th Street83888 Realty Inc. is filing applications to construct a six-story and 10-unit mixed-use building of 10,478 square feet at 943-945 60th Street, in Borough Park. Existing on-site is a one-story retail structure that would need to be demolished.

Queens:

47-03 Junction BoulevardThe property owner of 47-03 Junction Boulevard — in Corona — has filed applications for a four-story and nine-unit residential building of 8,615 square feet; First Hec Engineering is designing. In 2008, a two-story structure was demolished.

43-69 158th StreetThe property owner of 43-69 158th Street — in East Flushing — has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 3,652 square feet. A previously existing one-story abode has been approved for demolition, and deconstruction is currently underway per notifications.

Staten Island:

7 Savona CourtNello Development Corp. has filed applications to construct a three-story and two-unit wood-framed house of 3,607 square feet at 7 Savona Court, in Prince’s Bay. Savona Court — newly paved into unchartered territory — branches off of Station Avenue.
