543 Manida StreetSurvival Realty Associates has filed to “erect [a] one-story masonry warehouse building” of 5,000 square feet at 543 Manida Street, in Hunts Point. Demolition of an existing two-story structure was approved in January.

Brooklyn:

4112 8th AvenueAn anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a six-story and eight-unit building of 11,681 square-feet at 4112 8th Avenue, in Sunset Park. Residential will span nearly 7,000 square feet, while commercial and community space will split the remaining square-footage. An existing two-story wood-framed structure will need to be demolished; Shiming Tam is designing.

489 Baltic StreetBaltic Hospital has filed to construct a four-story and 34-unit hotel building of nearly 10,000 square feet at 487-489 Baltic Street, in Boerum Hill. Demolition of an existing warehouse was recently completed; Kutnicki Bernstein is designing.

Queens:

51-25 Queens BoulevardRecently acquired, Neda Development has filed applications to build a seven-story and 29-unit mixed-use building of nearly 27,000 square feet at 51-25 Queens Boulevard, in Sunnyside. Community and commercial space will take up 4,272 and 2,459 square-feet, respectfully. Permits to demolish an existing two-story structure were approved in February; T.F. Cusanelli & Filletti are designing.

150-29 25th DriveGrace James Real Property has filed to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 4,612 square feet at 150-29 25th Drive, in the Greater Flushing area. An existing one-story home must first be demolished.

118 Beach 214th StreetBreezy Point Cooperative has filed to construct a two-story single-family abode of nearly 3,000 square feet at 118 Beach 214th Street, in Breezy Point. Demolition of a one-story structure damaged by Sandy was completed earlier this year.
