The site was previously the home of a White Castle; Karl Fischer is designing.

196 South 3rd StreetMichael Reznik has filed applications to construct a seven-story and 30-unit building of 24,123 square feet at the vacant lots of 194-196 South 3rd Street, in Williamsburg; Ismael Leyva is designing.

897 BroadwayPenn-Hill Realty has filed applications to construct a six-story and eight-unit building of 8,291 square feet at the vacant lot of 897 Broadway, in northwestern Bushwick; 1,550 square feet is being put towards commercial usage, and Raymond Chan is designing.

8616 19th Avenue: 84th Street LLC has gained partial approval to construct a three-story and six-unit residential building of nearly 7,000 square feet at 8614-8616 19th Avenue, in Bath Beach. Demolition of the site’s two-story predecessor was completed last week; Renzo Bolarte of Design Studio Associates is designing.

476 Lafayette AvenueAn anonymous LLC filed applications to construct a three-story and three-unit residential building of 6,731 square feet at 476 Lafayette Avenue, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant. An existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in May; GHA is designing.

753 Bergen StreetAn anonymous LLC is filing applications to construct a three-story and three-unit residential building of nearly 5,700 square feet at the vacant lot of 753 Bergen Street, in northwestern Crown Heights; Yevgeniy Rybak is designing.

Queens:

104-74 165th StreetPlaza Homes has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 4,420 square feet at the vacant lot of 104-74 165th Street, in Jamaica; Kojo Simpson is designing. Two low-rise structures were demolished in 2008 and 2009.

8-17 College PlaceProperty owner Chong Hau Pan has been granted approval to construct a three-story and two-unit residential building of 4,200 square feet at 8-17 College Place, in College Point; the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in May.

58-37 College Point BoulevardTLL Point LLC has filed applications to construct a three-story and two-unit mixed-use building of 2,911 square feet at 58-37 College Point Boulevard, in Queensborough Hill; roughly 1,100 square feet of space will be designated as a “community facility”. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

117 Bedford AvenueBreezy Point Cooperative has filed applications to construct a one-story and single-unit abode of 1,066 square feet at 117 Bedford Avenue, in Breezy Point; a single-story structure, which had been damaged by Sandy, was demolished last year.

Staten Island:

19 Aaron Lane: Enbar Inc. has received approval to construct a three-story and two-unit residential building of 2,870 square feet at the vacant lot of 19 Aaron Lane, in Rossville; applications have also been filed for a “semi-detached one-car garage.”

88 Holcomb AvenueAnral Corp. has filed applications to construct twin, three-story and two-unit residential buildings — each spanning 2,400 square feet — at the lots of 88-92 Holcomb Avenue, in Rossville. An existing two-story structure will need to be demolished.

20 Pelton AvenueThe property owner of 20 Pelton Avenue — a vacant lot in Randall Manor — has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,208 square feet.
