950 Summit Avenue: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a six-story and 58-unit residential building of 55,740 square feet at the vacant lot of 950-966 Summit Avenue — or the northeast corner of West 162nd Street and Summit — in Highbridge; Aufgang is designing.
350 East 166th Street: Teller Avenue Associates have filed applications for a six-story and 21-unit residential building at the vacant southeast corner of Teller Avenue and East 166th Street, in the Concourse; 17,577 square feet of building is planned to rise at 350 East 166th Street. Emmanuel Katerinis, of EJK Engineering, is the architect of record.
364 East 194th Street: Chee W Wong has filed applications to construct a four-story and eight-unit residential building of 7,755 square feet at 364 East 194th Street, in Fordham Manor. Demolition was approved last week to demolish the existing two-story structure; Royal Engineering is the architect of record.
Staten Island:
5299 Amboy Road: In addition to two applications filed at 5295 Amboy Avenue last week, Cee Jay Estates Development has filed for a third three-story and two-unit residential building of 3,274 square feet at 5299 Amboy Avenue, in Annadale; Scaglione is designing.
