544 Manhattan AvenueAn anonymous LLC has filed SOE permits to begin construction of a six-story and 18-unit mixed-use building — filed this spring and totaling 17,374 square feet — at 544 Manhattan Avenue, in Greenpoint; the site’s one-story predecessor was demolished in April, and Karl Fischer is designing.

1235 East 8th StreetDavid Khaski has filed applications to construct a three-story and single-family abode of 4,000 square feet at 1235 East 8th Street, in Midwood. An existing two-story wood-framed structure must first be demolished.

359 7th StreetDean Property LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and two-unit residential building of nearly 4,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 359 7th Street, in Park Slope. The site’s three-story predecessor was demolished last July; Sears Tambasco is designing.

Queens:

25-26 Broadway: Sanvito Realty Corp. has filed applications to construct a six-story and 10-unit mixed-use building of 8,416 square feet at 25-26 Broadway, in Astoria. The existing three-story building was approved for demolition in March; RCGA is designing.

239 Beach 129th StreetThe property owner of 239 Beach 134th Street — in Belle Harbor — has filed applications to construct a three-story and two-unit residential building of 2,317 square feet; an existing two-story abode must first be demolished.

130 Beach 134th StreetMichael Visconti has filed applications to construct a three-story and single-family abode of 2,302 square feet at 130 Beach 134th Street, in Belle Harbor. A single-story structure was partially demolished “to remove damaged building components caused by Sandy.”

4 Graham Place: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications to construct a two-story and single-family abode of 1,813 square feet at 4 Graham Place, in Breezy Point. An existing single-floor structure was demolished, likely because of irreparable storm damages.

Staten Island:

125 Circle RoadThe owner of 125 Circle Road — in Todt Hill — is filing applications to construct a 13,850 square-foot mansion, spanning three floors and averaging a ceiling height of 16 feet. In an area known for large-scale abodes, an existing and relatively underwhelming structure is likely to be demolished. SMK is designing.
