1215 Fulton Street [Curbed]: Owned by Fulton Halsey Development Group, the vacant lots of 10-18 Halsey Street — in Bedford-Stuyvesant — are set for redevelopment, but not before locals are assured the two-story theater building at 1215 Fulton Street is restored. The properties are currently zoned for commercial use.

356 Bedford Avenue [Brownstoner]: Renderings of a planned five-story and 19-unit development — at the vacant lots of 354-358 Bedford Avenue, in Williamsburg — have been posted on-site. The Housing Development Corporation is building the all-affordable 25,285 square-foot mixed-use building, and Bong Yu is designing; construction is imminent.

85 Nevins Street [The Real Deal]: An LLC, tied to Avery Hall Investments, has purchased the vacant southeast corner of Nevins Street and Atlantic Avenue, as well as the single-floor retail structure at 85 Nevins Street — in Boerum Hill — for $18 million; the lot has nearly 50,000 square feet of development potential. Reportedly, “the site will probably be developed into townhouses and condos.”

261 Skillman Street [Brownstoner]: A six-story and 36-unit mixed-use building of 54,572 square feet appears to have topped out at 261 Skillman Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The building was built from the back-side of a church at 101 Bedford, and the façade of the new addition has recently begun to rise; schematics reveal a “gothic exterior,” much like the original church on Bedford.

340 Wythe Avenue [Commercial Observer]: TerraCRG is marketing a development site at 340 Wythe Avenue, which also has an address of 65 South 2nd Street, in Williamsburg. The parcel alone — owned by Williamsburg Bridge Realty Corp. — offers 17,200 square feet of development potential; the existing structure would likely be demolished.

115-05 Rockaway Beach Boulevard [The Real Deal]: Avison Young will be marketing the vacant lot of 115-05 Rockaway Beach Boulevard and 165-187 Beach 115th Street, in Rockaway Park. The 101,000 square-foot development site — zoned for residential and retail usage — will require the demolition of three structures on Beach 115th Street, but the properties “will be delivered vacant.”

181 Presidential Street [Brownstoner]: Renderings have been posted at 181 President Street, in Carroll Gardens, the site of a planned four-story and single-family townhouse. Steel framing is up to the third floor, and an attractive brick façade has just begun to ascend; the site’s predecessor was a single-floor garage, and Issac & Stern are designing.

1055 2nd Avenue [The Real Deal]: Moin Development Corp. “is in contract to acquire” the low-rise building at 1055-1057 2nd Avenue — in Midtown East — for $19 million; the building has roughly 50,000 square feet of development potential, in addition to another 38,000 square feet of air-rights associated with the deal. The existing building contains some rent-stabilized units.
