74 Heyward Street: An LLC has filed applications for a six-story and four-unit residential and community building of 11,427 square feet at the vacant lot of 74 Heyward Street, in Williamsburg; Jeffrey Kamen is listed as the architect.

140 Quincy Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story and eight-unit residential building of 4,468 square feet at 140 Quincy Street, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant; an existing two-story home was approved for demolition in September, and Suresh Manchanga is designing.

QUEENS:

335 St. Nicholas Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story and 14-unit residential building of 9,542 square feet at 335 St. Nicholas Avenue, in Ridgewood; demolition of an existing single-story structure began in September, and S&S Architectural Design is listed as architect.

41-53 77th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story and 10-unit residential and community medical building totaling nearly 8,000 square feet at 41-53 77th Street, in Elmhurst. An existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished, and Brian Ill Development is listed as architect.

176-27 137th Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a two-story and two-unit mixed-use building of 6,757 square feet — including the building’s community and commercial portions — at the vacant lots of 176-27 – 176-29 137th Avenue, in southern St. Albans; M.S. Savani Architect is designing.

181-24 Hillside Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story and 4,087 square-foot commercial building at the vacant lot of 181-24 Hillside Avenue, in Jamaica.

173-30 106th Avenue: Plaza Homes LLC has filed applications for a two-story and two-unit residential building of nearly 4,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 173-30 106th Avenue, in Jamaica.

623 Cross Bay Boulevard: Applications have been filed for a two-story and single-family abode of 1,655 square feet at 623 Cross Bay Boulevard, in Broad Channel; an existing two-story abode must first be demolished.

837A Delafield Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story and two-unit residential building of 1,946 square feet at 837A Delafield Avenue, in Port Richmond; the building is likely to be constructed on the portion of the lot that’s vacant.
