1003 Greene Avenue: Green Pastures LLC has filed applications for a seven-story and 65-unit residential building of 45,431 square feet at 1003 Greene Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant. An existing single-story warehouse structure was recently approved for demolition, and Karl Fischer is designing.

398 Kings Highway: An LLC has filed applications for a seven-story and 40-unit mixed-use building of 47,430 square feet spanning the vacant lot of 398-410 Kings Highway, in northern Gravesend; commercial space will total nearly 8,000 square feet, and Jung Wor Chin is designing.

1038 Greene Avenue: Green Pastures LLC has also filed applications for a seven-story and 39-unit residential building of 27,727 square feet at 1038 Greene Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant; an existing single-story structure was recently approved for demolition, and Karl Fischer is designing.

726 64th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a two-story and 19,860 square-foot “ambulatory diagnostic health treatment facility” spanning 726-730 64th Street, in Sunset Park; an existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in June, and Sandor Weiss is designing.

577 Baltic Street: An LLC has filed applications for a seven-story and 28-unit residential building of nearly 19,000 square feet at 577 Baltic Street, in Boerum Hill; an existing two-story warehouse structure will need to be demolished, and Issac and Stern is designing.

346 13th Street: American Development Group has filed applications for a four-story and seven-unit residential building of 12,745 square feet at the through-block site of 346 13th Street, in Park Slope. Also situated on the parcel are three, three-story and single-family townhouses, each of 2,450 square feet. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished, and TarLan Design Build is listed as architect.

290 Tompkins Avenue: MG Organization has filed applications for a six-story and 14-unit residential building of nearly 11,100 square feet at the vacant lot of 290 Tompkins Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant; MS Savani is designing.

1530 Putnam Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for two, four-story and eight-unit residential buildings — one of 5,283 square feet, and another of 5,737 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 1530-1538 Putnam Avenue, in Bushwick; Diego Aguilera is designing.

76 Vernon Avenue: Marcy Vernon LLC has filed applications for two, four-story and three-unit residential buildings — each of 4,000 square feet — spanning 76-78 Vernon Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant; an existing single-story structure must first be demolished, and Jeffrey Kamen is designing.

QUEENS:

30-29 Murray Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story and single-family abode of 3,584 square feet at 30-29 Murray Street, in Murray Hill; the site’s 2.5-story predecessor was demolished last month.

113 Beach 214th Street: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story and single-family abode of 2,834 square feet at 113 Beach 214th Street, in Breezy Point; the existing single-story structure was approved for demolition last month.

20 Newport Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a three-story and single-family abode of 1,519 square feet at 20 Newport Walk, in Breezy Point; the site’s single-story predecessor had been demolished in 2013.

STATEN ISLAND:

3011 Veterans Road West: Autozone Development Corp. has filed applications for a single-story and 6,822 square-foot commercial building at the vacant lot of 3011 Veterans Road West, in Charleston.
