633 Schroeders Avenue: NYC Parks and Recreation has filed applications for a single-story, 612 square-foot “comfort station with maintenance/storage room to serve [the] playground” planned for 633 Schroeders Avenue, in East New York. The park area is to accommodate the adjacent large-scale townhouse construction, and Eric Bunge of N Architects is designing.
QUEENS:
50-29 102nd Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, three-unit residential building of 3,084 square feet at 50-27 102nd Street, in Corona. Yesterday, applications were filed for a similar structure at No. 50-29.
177-60 South Conduit Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a single-story, 2,325 square-foot retail building at the vacant lot of 177-60 South Conduit Avenue, in Springfield Gardens.
STATEN ISLAND:
642 Barclay Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building of 2,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 642 Barclay Avenue, in Annadale.
