1146 50th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-unit mixed-use residential and community facility building of 3,003 square feet at 1146 50th Street, in central Borough Park. Jeffery Kamen is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished.

2464 East 11th Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit residential building of 2,248 square feet at the vacant lot of 2464 East 11th Street, in southwestern Sheepshead Bay; Alix C. Michel is designing.

QUEENS:

86-20 Corona Avenue: Plans have been approved for the construction of a four-story “ambulatory diagnostic and treatment health care facility” measuring 11,653 square feet at 86-20 – 86-22 Corona Avenue, in Elmhurst. An Shen Ma is designing, and site’s old single-story structure was demolished last Fall.

STATEN ISLAND:

493 Villa Avenue: TLJ Group has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring 1,920 square feet at the vacant lot of 493 Villa Avenue, in Elm Park; Calvanico Associates is designing.
