148 Attorney Street [Bowery Boogie]: The design has been revealed for a six-story, five-unit condo building measuring 7,000 square feet at 148-150 Attorney Street, on the Lower East Side. Issac & Stern Architects is the project’s architect, and an existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in September.

375 Jersey Avenue [The Jersey Journal]: Barnabas Health has acquired a vacant, 2.5-acre lot behind the Jersey City Medical Center — located at 375 Jersey Avenue, in Liberty Harbor — for $24 million. “Plans for the site include medical offices [and] mixed-use development.”

10 Sullivan Street

10 Sullivan Street [Curbed]: Concrete is up to the 10th floor of Cary Tarmarkin’s 10 Sullivan Street — in SoHo — where a 16-story, 19-condo-unit residential building is rising. Scaffolding has begun to shroud the exterior in preparation for a brick façade, and completion can be expected late this year.

2985 Webster Avenue

2985 Webster Avenue [New York Daily]: Dubbed Bedford Park Manor, an eight-story, 122-unit mixed-use development is set to open “this month” at 2987-2985 and 2999 Webster Avenue, in Bedford Park. The buildings will include a total of 25 affordable units, and will also have ground-floor retail.

95 Evergreen Avenue

95 Evergreen Avenue [Commercial Observer]: Hornig Capital Partners and Chelsea Village Associates have acquired the five-story, 170,000 square-foot warehouse at 95 Evergreen Avenue, in northern Bushwick, for $33.7 million. Plans for the structure include a $20 million conversion to an office and retail building in the first quarter of 2015.

594 Dean Street

594 Dean Street [DNAinfo New York]: Industrious is set to lease the three-story, 25,000 square-foot building at 594 Dean Street, in Prospect Heights; an LLC is currently renovating and expanding the existing structure to include “an updated façade” and finished interiors. Opening is planned for Spring 2015.
