2251 Conner Street: Noxxen Realty Corp. has filed applications for a single-story, commercial structure measuring 2,175 square feet at the vacant lot of 2251 Conner Street, in Eastchester.

BROOKLYN:

3417 Kings Highway: New applications have revived plans for a three-story, 12,616 square-foot medical office building at the vacant lots of 3417 Kings Highway, in eastern Flatlands. The filings are partially approved, and McGuire Group Architects is designing.

QUEENS:

32-37 105th Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring 3,600 square feet at 32-37 105th Street, in North Corona. Shahriar Afshari is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

137-26 Holly Avenue: Applications for a two-story, three-unit residential building measuring nearly 3,000 square feet have been filed for 137-26 Holly Avenue, in southern Flushing. Chang Hwa Tan is designing, and the existing 2.5-story structure was approved for demolition in December.

237-22 93rd Road: Babloo Homes has filed an application for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring 1,863 square feet at the vacant lot of 237-28 93rd Road, in southern Bellerose Floral Park. Applications have been filed for buildings at Nos. 237-22 and 237-24 in recent weeks, as well.

STATEN ISLAND:

174 Kiswick Street: Bluestone RRSI has filed applications for a single-story, single-family abode measuring 1,082 square feet at 174 Kiswick Street, in Midland Beach. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.
