115 Stanwix Street: Rabsky Development has filed applications for an eight-story, 130-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 90,900 square feet at the vacant 115 Stanwix Street, in southern East Williamsburg. ND Architecture & Design is the architect.
1629 Pacific Street: An LLC has filed applications for three four-story residential buildings adding a net 14,744 square feet and 22 units to 1629 Pacific Street, in north-central Crown Heights. Michael Avramides is designing, and an existing three-story townhouse must first be demolished.
110 Harrison Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, two-unit residential building measuring 4,839 square feet the vacant lot of 110 Harrison Avenue, in southern Williamsburg. Michael Avramides is designing.
QUEENS:
36-16 170th Street: Lucky NY Realty has filed applications for a three-story, six-unit residential building measuring 5,329 square feet at 36-16 170th Street, in Murray Hill. Chang Hwa Tan is designing, and an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.
80-12 59th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 2,400 square feet at the vacant lot of 80-12 59th Street, in western Glendale.
STATEN ISLAND:
62 Parkinson Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring 3,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 62 Parkinson Avenue, in Grasmere. Anthony Scaglione is designing.
74 Silver Lake Road: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring 2,625 square feet at the vacant lot of 74 Silver Lake Road, in Tompkinsville.
244 Husson Street: Park Manor Estates Inc has filed applications for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring 2,400 square feet at 244 Husson Street, in Midland Beach. The site’s former single-story structure was demolished in 2013.
