349 Keap Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, 10-unit residential building measuring 6,816 square feet at 349 Keap Street, in central Williamsburg. BMG Design Build is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

1646 70th Street: Filed in December, applications reveal plans to expand the existing 2.5-story, 1,318 square-foot abode — at 1646 70th Street, in Bensonhurst — to a three-story, two-unit building measuring nearly 2,500 square feet.

2560 National Drive: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family residence measuring 2,345 square feet at 2560 National Drive, in Mill Basin. An old Sandy-ravaged two-story structure has already been demolished.

QUEENS:

251-29 51st Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family residence measuring 4,600 square feet at 251-29 51st Avenue, in southern Little Neck. JLS Designs is the architect, and an existing two-story house must first be demolished.
