13 Grattan Street [Brownstoner]: Gene Kaufman has revealed renderings of a planned four-story, 23,000 square-foot mixed-use commercial building at the vacant lot of 13 Grattan Street, in East Williamsburg. Dubbed The AnX, “construction is slated to begin next month.”

325 Lafayette Avenue [DNAinfo]: “Slate Property Group is in the process” of acquiring the single-story retail structure at 325 Lafayette Avenue, in Clinton Hill, to make way for an eight-story, 114-unit mixed-use building. Aufgang Architects is designing, and the existing structure must first be demolished.

626 1st Avenue [Curbed]: JDS Development’s 49- and 41-story tower mixed-use development at 616-626 1st Avenue, in Murray Hill — to total 800 residential units — is now two stories above street level. Completion is expected “by early 2017.”

113 West 24th Street [The Real Deal]: Soho Properties is set to acquire the three-story parking garage spanning 113-117 West 24th Street, in Chelsea, “for $60 million.”

275 4th Avenue [Brownstoner]: Excavation is underway at the site of Adam America’s and Slate Property Group’s 11-story, 78-unit mixed-use building set to rise at 273-281 4th Avenue, in Gowanus. Completion is expected in 2016.

809 Jefferson Avenue [DNAinfo]: Notias Construction is planning to build a 41-unit residential building at 809 Jefferson Avenue, in eastern Bedford-Stuyvesant. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished, and completion of the new building is “expected within the next two years.”
