130 Seventh Avenue South [Commercial Observer]: Continental Ventures, Itzhaki Acquisitions, and Greystone are set to begin construction “immediately” on their planned 6.5-story, five-unit mixed-use building at 130 7th Avenue South, in the West Village. Completion is expected in 2017.

770 Flatbush Avenue [Brownstoner]: TerraCRG is marketing the single-story, 2,750 square-foot structure at 770 Flatbush Avenue, in Flatbush, as a development site for $2.45 million. The lot has 13,640 square feet of building potential.

1 West End Avenue [Curbed]: Silverstein Property’s planned 41-story, 352-unit residential building at 1 West End Avenue — dubbed 5 Riverside Center, in Lincoln Square — “has surpassed the half way mark.” SLCE is designing, and completion is expected by 2017.

75-08 Broadway [DNAinfo]: Developers are planning a retail renovation of the single- and double-story structures at 75-08 Broadway, in northeastern Elmhurst. Retail space will total 7,000 square feet, and a new façade appears to be in the works as well.

81 East 125th Street [Harlem+Bespoke]: The finishing exterior touches are being put into place on the seven-story, 31,000 square-foot reconstructed Corn Exchange Building at 81 East 125th Street, in East Harlem. Completion is expected later this year.
