410 Tompkins Avenue: Revealed last month, Vasco Ventures has filed applications for their planned six-story, 35-unit residential building measuring 24,000 square feet at 410-416 Tompkins Avenue, in southern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Charles Mallea is designing, and three existing two-story structures were recently approved for demolition.

2251 East 29th Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring 2,835 square feet at the vacant lot of 2251 East 29th Street, in eastern Sheepshead Bay. Architectural Concept Inc. is the architect of record.

19 Hastings Street: Applications have been filed for two two-story, single-family residences — each measuring 2,100 square feet — at the subdivided lot of 19 Hastings Street, in Manhattan Beach. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

QUEENS:

214-38 42nd Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, 40-key hotel measuring nearly 7,400 square feet at the vacant lot of 214-38 42nd Avenue, in central Bayside. Frank J. Quatela is designing.

STATEN ISLAND:

334 Hanover Avenue: Applications have been filed for four three-story, single-family houses — each measuring 1,500 square feet — spanning 332-338 Hanover Avenue, in Park Hill. An old two-story abode had been demolished last month.
