407 East 158th Street: Woodhill Development Corp. has filed applications for a 12-story, 46-unit residential building measuring nearly 34,100 square feet at 407 East 158th Street, in Melrose. Anthony Cucich is designing, and a dilapidated three-story townhouse must first be demolished.
289 Wallabout Street: South Side Associates has filed applications for a six-story, nine-unit residential building measuring 8,330 square feet at the vacant lot of 289 Wallabout Street, in Broadway Triangle. Julien Flander is designing, and the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2008.
338 Lincoln Road: Applications have been filed for two four-story, six-unit residential buildings — each measuring 4,150 square feet — at the lots 336-338 Lincoln Road, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.
