10 Montieth Street [The Real Deal]: Filed this past January, ODA Architecture has released renderings of Rabsky Group’s seven-story, 392-unit mixed-use building planned for the vacant lot 10 Montieth Street, in northern Bushwick. The “building will feature a landscaped rooftop” and inner courtyard.
47 3rd Avenue [EV Grieve]: Slate Property Group and RWN Real Estate Partners have begun redeveloping the former six-story dormitory building — located at 47-53 3rd Avenue, in the East Village — into an eight-story, 41-unit mixed-use building. Grasso Menziuso Architects is the architect of record, while Aufgang Architects is designing.
47-28 11th Avenue [The Court Square Blog]: Kora Developers has topped-out their seven-story, 21-unit mixed-use building at 47-28 11th Avenue, in Long Island City. Façade installation is imminent, and completion is expected by the end of 2015.
2691 Arthur Kill Road [SI Advance]: Demolition preparation has begun to remove two gas tanks on the 68-acre plot of land at 2691 Arthur Kill Road, in Rossville. Rampulla Associates Architects is designing an “outlet center with a public park,” which will include 366,000 square feet of retail space. A movie theater is also planned, and plans must gain government approval.
286 Ashland Place [Brooklyn Daily Eagle]: Foundation work appears complete at 286 Ashland Place, in Fort Greene, where Two Trees Management is developing a 32-story, 379-unit mixed-use building. Ten Arquitectos is designing, and completion is expected in 2016.
Forsyth Street Plaza [Bowery Boogie]: Construction is set to begin on the 10,000 square-foot Forsyth Street Plaza, located on a vacant slice of land at the mouth of the Manhattan Bridge, in Chinatown. Completion is expected in the “spring of 2016.”
