440 Greenwich Street [Tribeca Trib]: Related Properties plans to convert the single-story structure at 440 Greenwich Street, in northern Tribeca, “into a real estate office complete with model apartments” to make-way for their condo project at 268 West Street. The office “is anticipated to remain for about two years,” and plans go before the LPC son.

977 Manhattan Avenue [Commercial Observer]: B&B Global Development has acquired the three-story building at 977 Manhattan Avenue, in northern Greenpoint, “for $4.8 million.” Plans call for the demolition of the existing structure, and a replacement 17,500 square-foot mixed-use building; Gerald Caliendo is designing.

29 Clay Street

29 Clay Street [Curbed]: Renderings have surfaced of the proposed 12-story, 70,000 square-foot residential building at 29 Clay Street, in northern Greenpoint. A two-story building must first be demolished, and a targeted completion date is listed for 2016.

325 Kent Avenue

325 Kent Avenue [Brooklyn Daily Eagle]: Ground has reportedly been broken at the site of Two Trees Management’s 16-story, 522-unit mixed-use building set to span 317-327 Kent Avenue, in Williamsburg. It marks the first phase of the Domino redevelopment, and completion of the building is expected in 2017.

242 West 53rd Street

242 West 53rd Street [Jeremiah’s Vanishing NY]: The Roseland Ballroom is in the process of getting demolished to make-way for Algin Management’s planned 62-story, 426-unit mixed-use building at 242 West 53rd Street, in Midtown. A completion date has yet to be announced.

550 Vanderbilt Avenue [Curbed]: Greenland Forest City Partners is expecting to place apartments from their planned 278-condo, 17-story residential building at 550 Vanderbilt Avenue, in Prospect Heights, on the market this Summer. Excavation is underway, and completion is expected in June 2016.
