1413 Fulton Street [Brownstoner]: Foundation work has kicked-off at 1413 Fulton Street, in south-central Bedford-Stuyvesant, where a three-story, roughly 24,500 square-foot retail building is planned. Shahriar Afshari is designing, and completion is expected later this year.

335 Madison Avenue [New York Post]: Howard Milstein is planning the development of “a completely new modern tower” to replace the existing 28-story, 1.1-million-square-foot office building at 335 Madison Avenue, in Midtown East. Just north of the planned 67-story One Vanderbilt, the tower “would take several years to plan and develop.”

The potential new buyer, as well as any new redevelopment plans, have yet to be disclosed.

Chang Hwa Tan is designing, and completion is expected in early 2016.
