1413 Fulton Street [Brownstoner]: Foundation work has kicked-off at 1413 Fulton Street, in south-central Bedford-Stuyvesant, where a three-story, roughly 24,500 square-foot retail building is planned. Shahriar Afshari is designing, and completion is expected later this year.
335 Madison Avenue [New York Post]: Howard Milstein is planning the development of “a completely new modern tower” to replace the existing 28-story, 1.1-million-square-foot office building at 335 Madison Avenue, in Midtown East. Just north of the planned 67-story One Vanderbilt, the tower “would take several years to plan and develop.”

151-45 6th Road [Brownstoner]: Reportedly, “a new developer” has acquired the vacant 13-acre property — located at 151-11 – 151-45 6th Road, in northern Whitestone — which, in 2012, was set to become 52 single-family houses under Barone Management. The potential new buyer, as well as any new redevelopment plans, have yet to be disclosed.
41 Flatbush Avenue [Wall Street Journal]: Quinlan Development Group and Building & Land Technology have acquired the 10-story, self-storage facility at 41 Flatbush Avenue, in Fort Greene, for $89.4 million. Plans call for converting the structure into a 257,000 square-foot office and retail building.

61-25 186th Street [Queens Courier]: Construction is going vertical at 61-25 – 61-27 186th Street, in Fresh Meadows, where Mayflower Business Group has planned a 12-story mixed-use building, which will include a large hotel portion. Chang Hwa Tan is designing, and completion is expected in early 2016.
8-25 Astoria Boulevard [Queens Courier]: A developer has acquired the development site at 8-25 Astoria Boulevard, in western Astoria, for $4.8 million. A “residential building” is planned for the site, which boasts 33,751 square feet of building potential, and existing two-and three-story structures must first be removed.
