2913 La Salle Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring 1,803 square feet at the vacant lot 2913 La Salle Avenue, in Schuylerville.

BROOKLYN:

977 Manhattan Avenue: Manhattan Property Group has filed applications, as expected since their recent acquisition, for an eight-story, 14-unit mixed-use building measuring 16,411 square feet at 977 Manhattan Avenue, in northern Greenpoint. Gerald Caliendo is designing, and an existing three-story townhouse must first be demolished.

543 Brooklyn Avenue: An LLC has revived applications, filed in May 2014, for a six-story, five-unit residential building measuring nearly 9,000 square feet at the vacant lots of 541-543 Brooklyn Avenue, in far-northern East Flatbush. Lewis Garfinkel is designing.

110 East 53rd Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 5,540 square feet at the vacant portion of 110 East 53rd Street, in northern East Flatbush. Wu Chen, of Infocus, is the architect of record.

26 Lawton Street: GKS Realty has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building measuring 4,950 square feet at 26 Lawton Street, in northern Bushwick. Malliaros I Starvros is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

245 Nostrand Avenue: Applications have been filed for a four-story, two-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 4,500 square feet at the vacant lot 245 Nostrand Avenue, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant. Wu Chen is the architect of record.

164 Metropolitan Avenue: Applications have been filed for a sic-story, six-unit residential building measuring 4,021 square feet at the vacant lot of 164 Metropolitan Avenue, in Williamsburg. Edward Guterman is the architect of record.

496 Van Sicklen Street: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring 3,828 square feet at the vacant lot 496 Van Sicklen Street, in central Gravesend. Steven Schneider is the architect of record.

114 Waverly Avenue: An LLC has revived applications, originally filed in early 2014, for a four-story, single-family townhouse measuring 2,656 square feet at the vacant lot 114 Waverly Avenue, in northern Clinton Hill. Think Architecture and Design is the architect.

QUEENS:

158-15 Union Turnpike: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, 51-unit mixed-use building measuring 53,260 square feet at the vacant lot 158-15 Union Turnpike, in southern Kew Garden Hills. Angelo NG + Anthony NG Architects Studio is designing.

88-35 163rd Street: RKS United Realty has filed applications for a seven-story, 17-unit mixed-use building measuring 15,060 square feet at 88-35 163rd Street, in Jamaica. Angelo NG + Anthony NG Architects Studio is designing, and an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.

30-04 38th Avenue: JR Robinson Inc. has revived applications, originally filed in 2013,  that call for a six-story, 10-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 11,200 square feet at 30-04 38th Avenue, in northern Long Island City. Nicholas Kazalas is designing, and the current single-story structure was approved for demolition in 2014.

189-10 Aberdeen Road: Zion Group has filed applications for a two-story, single-family residence measuring roughly 4,550 square feet at 189-10 Aberdeen Road, in northern Jamaica Estates. Robert Bahary is designing, and demolition began in February of the existing two-story home.

37-17 98th Street: Applications have been filed for two three-story, two-unit residential buildings — each measuring nearly 3,950 square feet — to span 37-17 – 37-21 98th Street, in North Corona. Both existing two-story structures passed pre-demolition inspection in February.

43-44 162nd Street: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit mixed-use building measuring 3,620 square feet at 43-44 – 43-46 162nd Street, in East Flushing. The existing 2.5-story structure passed pre-demolition inspection in February 2015.

14 Graham Place: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a three-story, single-family residence measuring 2,300 square feet at 14 Graham Place, in Breezy Point.

STATEN ISLAND:

76 Silver Lake Road: An LLC has filed applications for two three-story, single-family residences — each measuring 4,050 square feet — at 76-78 Silver Lake Road, in Tompkinsville. Calvanico Associates is designing, and the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished last December.

355 Bradford Avenue: Brandon Property Group has filed applications for two three-story, two-unit residential buildings — each measuring 3,000 square feet — at 351-355 Bradford Avenue, in northern Prince’s Bay. Demolition of the existing single-story structure is imminent.
