Six stories have risen so far at Water and Bridge Streets in Dumbo, where the Greystone-developed Waterbridge 47 condos are quickly taking shape.
When it’s finished, the brick-clad building at 47 Bridge Street will have seven stories and 25 apartments designed by AB Arkitekten. The pricey project will include three duplexes, two penthouses, and a private wine cellar with a tasting room.
There will be three apartments on the first floor, four apartments per floor on the second through sixth levels, and the seventh floor will be set back and have two penthouses. All told, the development will occupy 25,875 square feet with only seven underground parking spaces. (Zoning only requires parking spaces for a third of the apartments, since the lot is less than 10,000 square feet.)
Sales launched in the fall, and eleven of the condos are already in contract. Asking prices for remaining units range from $939,750 for a one-bedroom to $2,315,250 for a three-bedroom, two-bath pad.
