5311 4th Avenue: Applications have been filed for a four-story, six-unit mixed-use building measuring 5,723 square feet at 5311 4th Avenue, in Sunset Park. MGM Creations is designing, and the existing two-story building is being re-utilized.

QUEENS:

129-14 Atlantic Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a two-story, 10,270 square-foot “commercial building for office & storage use” at 129-14 Atlantic Avenue, in eastern Richmond Hill. Royal Engineering is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be removed.

51-99 Manilla Street: An LLC has filed applications for five two-story, two-unit residential buildings — each measuring between 2,100 and 2,250 square feet — at the vacant lots of 51-99 – 51-111 Manilla Street, in southern Elmhurst. Chang Hwa Tan is designing.

12 Irving Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-family home measuring 1,600 square feet at 12 Irving Walk, in Breezy Point.

STATEN ISLAND:

16 Garibaldi Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family home measuring 1,560 square feet at 16 Garibaldi Avenue, in New Dorp Beach. An existing two-story home must first be demolished.
