Brooklyn-based Driggs Management has filed applications for a four-story, three-duplex-unit residential building at 179 Devoe Street, in eastern Williamsburg, around the block from the L train’s Graham Avenue stop. The building will measure 3,800 square feet in total, with duplex units averaging 1,265 square feet. Private roof space is also planned, and Hustvedt Culter Architects is the applicant of record. Permits were filed in May to demolish the existing three-story, three-unit townhouse, which traded hands for $1,100,000 in October 2014.
