Abdul Wahid has filed applications for a four-story, 16,563 square-foot religiously affiliated community building at 2105 82nd Street, in southern Bensonhurst, five blocks from the D train’s stop at 20th Avenue. The bottom floor will have the building’s lobby and area of worship, the second and third floors will be fitted for medical offices and classrooms, and the top floor will house the living quarters for three care takers. Long Island-based Willy Zambrano is the architect of record, and demolition permits were filed for two houses earlier this year.
