Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 7508 Bay Parkway in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Two subway stations are about a dozen blocks away from the site. The Bay Parkway Station is serviced by the D train, and Kings Highway Station is serviced by the N, Q, and W trains.
The current site has been a mixed-use residential building with a medical facility since 2003. This new project would expand the medical facilities as well as bring more residential space. Great Empire Realty LLC will be responsible for the development.
The proposed 75-foot tall structure will yield 13,030 square feet, with 10,030 square feet dedicated to residential use, and 3,000 square feet dedicated to the medical facilities on the first floor and cellar. Ten apartments populate the remaining five floors, averaging 1003 square feet apiece, indicating condominiums.
TLI Architect will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.

Call me to come here with interesting information. (Thank you)
There is an N station at Bay Parkway also that is closer than the Kings Highway Q. No W train anywhere near this as that cuts off at Whitehall.
Too bad they couldn’t incorporate with new development to the left
