Related Companies and Oxford Properties have signed private equity firm KKR & Co. for their 90-story office tower at 30 Hudson Yards, and they’ve sent out some new renderings of the building to highlight the announcement.

The global investment company has agreed to purchase 343,000 square feet, or the top 10 floors, of the supertall office tower. The private equity firm currently occupies a few floors of the Solow Building at 9 West 57th Street, a dramatic high rise built in 1974 and designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. They expect to relocate to Hudson Yards in 2020. Their space will feature a private elevator bank to a sky lobby, an outdoor terrace, and easy access to the tower’s observation deck.

KKR is the second major tenant to land at 30 Hudson Yards, after Time Warner signed on for 1.5 million square feet of office space. The corporate entertainment giant will bring 5,000 employees and consolidate HBO, CNN, Turner Broadcasting, Warner Brothers, and its corporate offices, bringing them all under one roof for the first time.

Kohn Pedersen Fox is designing the building, which will reach 1,296 square feet into the air and aim for LEED Gold certification.
