Kansas-based True North Hotel Group has broken ground on a five-story, 154-key Marriott hotel at 5 Executive Boulevard, in northern Yonkers’ South Westchester Executive Park. The hotel group is partnered with the property’s owner, Robert Martin Company, and the structure will be the developer’s second hotel in the business park. The $24.5 million project is expected to be complete in mid-2016, according to News12 Westchester.
