Anita Lipscomb, of Flushing-based Tleng Group, has filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building at 40-11 Murray Street, in Queens’ Murray Hill, located two blocks form the neighborhood’s LIRR station. The building will measure 3,855 square feet, and full-floor units will average a spacious 1,285 square feet. Duk Gyoo Lee’s Flushing-based TL Engineering is the applicant of record, and an existing two-story, single-family house must first be demolished.
