Construction has topped out on the three-story, 80,000-square-foot medical facility at 497 Broadway, located between West 23rd and 24th streets in Bayonne, N.J. Officially dubbed RWJBarnabas Health at Bayonne, it will feature an emergency department, pharmacy, pediatric center, and a women’s health center, among other uses.
It will be open 24/7 and will feature a parking garage. Rendina is the developer, Jersey Digs reported. Completion is expected by the end of the year, with opening scheduled for mid-2017, per the developer’s website.
