Construction is underway on the top floor of the eight-story, seven-unit mixed-use redevelopment project at 210 Bowery, in Nolita. The site’s existing four-story commercial building is receiving four more floors, or an additional 6,600 square feet of space, as seen in an update by Bowery Boogie.

The ground floor will contain 1,989 square feet of retail, followed by residential units on the upper seven floors. The apartments should average 1,832 square feet, indicative of condominiums. Rye, N.Y.-based Acadia Realty Trust is the developer and Dan G. Ionescu’s NoMad-based architecture firm is the architect of record. Completion next year is probable.
