An anonymous Brooklyn-based corporation has filed applications for a three-story, four-unit residential building at 1345 70th Street, in Dyker Heights. The project will measure 7,034 square feet and its residential units should average 1,339 square feet apiece, indicative of condominiums. There will also be four off-street parking spaces, two of which will be housed in a garage. Emmanuel J. Katerinis’s Lower Manhattan-based engineering firm is the applicant of record. The 40-foot-wide, 4,000-square-foot plot is occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits have not been filed.

  1. Demolition permits have not been filed, but the project will measure number square feet already.

  2. many of the zoning is out of sync.. for example, 312 82 ST is R6B while the building was attached to a single family home and got demolished without a permit.
