Staten Island-based Palermo Construction Corp. has filed applications for two three-story, two-family houses at 25-29 Burgher Avenue, in Dongan Hills, a neighborhood located along Staten Island’s East Shore. The buildings will measure 3,281 square feet each, and across both, the residential units should average a family-sized 1,339 square feet apiece. Each building will come with a 262-square-foot, single-car garage. Lo Bue & Valenziano, a Staten Island-based architecture firm, is the architect of record. The 75-foot-wide, 8,072-square-foot property is occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits were filed in April.

Very nice area. About a 5 minute walk to the Dongan Hills SI Railway station.
Twin three-story is in the plan, and approaches to two-family houses with buildings will measure.
