Staten Island-based Waldman Management has filed applications for a pair of two-story, two-unit mixed-use buildings at 1298 and 1300 Forest Avenue, located on the corner of Hamilton Place in Westerleigh, on Staten Island’s North Shore. The buildings will each measure 2,204 square feet. The ground floors of each building will contain 1,061 square feet and 1,423 square feet of retail space, respectively. The second floors will contain two residential units. Across both structures, the total of four apartments should average 642 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals. There will also be a total of four off-street parking spaces.

Staten Island-based Land Planning & Engineering Consultants is the applicant of record. The 5,094-square-foot lot was occupied by a two-story structure until last September, when demolition occurred.

You still see a few 1 and 2 family homes on some of Staten Island’s business streets.

  2. YIMBY..first of all I want to report my little letter to your development documents on webpages of progress, with your great endowments to shows constructions and designs joined the properties plus location so interesting as well. Tools to structures until completed attract me to follow and praised patience with work hard everyday for the city. I encouraged workers that’s who is behind moving forward straight to comfortable and kick off encumbrance to people’s life (also developer). No violence no encroachment each other to open opinion to the same way of developing (although accept or refuse) because we are under united of freedom and respect each other. So coming to an end I wish staffs who did development news for us must see endurance happy times and enduring peaceful everywhere on street levels and I miss you always my online friend. Encircled to Staten Island with a pair of two-story, and about the parting is mixed-use buildings. (See you later and thank you) (^_^)
