Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 152 Erasmus Street, in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site will rise two blocks away from the Church Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Prospect Park is less than a mile’s walk away, as well. Joseph Deutsch, of Deutsch Equity, will be responsible for the development.

The 55-foot tall structure will yield 7,370 square feet of residential space, divided among ten apartments. Units will average 737 square feet apiece, indicating rental use. The building does not list any amenities for tenants. There will be cellar accessory use for the residents on the first floor, and two duplex apartments on the top house that connect to a penthouse level.

Diego Aguilera Architects will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits were filed in August of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
