Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1084 Decatur Street, in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The site is four blocks away from the Chauncey Street Subway Station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains, and one stop away from the central Broadway Junction Subway Stations, serviced by the A, C, and L trains. An Anonymous LLC will be responsible for the development.

The 55-foot tall structure will yield 7,090 square feet of space, with 4,890 square feet dedicated to residential use. Seven units will be created, averaging 699 square feet apiece, indicating rentals, with a penthouse duplex. Tenants will have access to a laundry room.

Infocus will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
