Below-grade work is progressing at 265 Weirfield Street, the site of a five-story residential building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Developed by Weirfield Residence LLC, the property is situated on two adjacent lots, 263 and 265 Weirfield Street, for a total width of approximately 40 feet.
The elevation diagram from the construction board shows the fenestration composed of large industrial-style windows with a stack of balconies on the recessed northern end of the main eastern elevation. A setback at the fifth floor creates space for terraces, and the final story is topped with a bulkhead.
The recent photo below reveals that foundations are currently wrapping up. Construction could potentially reach street level by the end of the year.
The property overlooks Irving Park and is a short walk from the Halsey Street subway station, which serves the L train.
Construction is scheduled to complete in fall 2025, as noted on the construction board.

Some uniform bushes will be nice in Bushwick
Will trees become an obstacle to construction? I just hope for the development: Thanks.
In front of the park, sounds nice, there should be more of these developments on the perimeter of this park.
