James Patterson is listed as the applicant on the permits. Viviana Henao of Expedite Dem Inc is listed as the filing representative for all three demolition projects.

The building to be demolished is the former home of the Brooklyn Bread Lab. At this time, there are three permits that have been issued in the NYC building database: one for a one-story, 16-foot-tall structure at 201 Moore Street with an estimated demolition cost of $5,000; one for a one-story, 16-foot-tall structure at 203 Moore Street with an estimated demolition cost of $5,000; and one for a two-story, 30-foot-tall structure at 207 Moore Street with an estimated demolition cost of $27,373.

The permits were approved on October 8, 2024. An estimated completion date for the demolitions has not been announced. The project site is located within a short walk of subway stations serving the L, J, and M trains.
