Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use structure at 157 West Kingsbridge Road, in the Fordham Manor neighborhood of The Bronx. The site is six blocks away from the 225th Street subway station, serviced by the 1 trains, and five blocks away from the Kingsbridge Road subway station, serviced by the 4 trains. Terrace Acquisition is responsible for the project.
The 74-foot tall structure will yield 16,690 square feet, with 13,830 square feet dedicated to residential use, and 2,860 square feet for non-specified community facility use. 21 apartments will be created, averaging 659 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.
Ten parking spaces will be included, with a capacity to hold 12 bicycles in the cellar. A rooftop recreational space will crown the project.
NDG Architect will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
