Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 368 Lenox Road, in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site is three blocks away from the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Joseph Kaufman is responsible for the development’s applications.
The 80-foot tall structure will yield 22,650 square feet, with 18,870 square feet dedicated to residential use. 28 apartments will be created, averaging 674 square feet apiece, indicating rental use. Eight vehicle parking spaces and fourteen bicycle parking spaces will be included on site. A recreational rooftop terrace will be included on site.
Diego Aguilera Architects will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits for the existing building has been filed in December. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
